Method
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey (if using). Set aside in the refrigerator.
- Cook rice according to package directions. While rice cooks, prepare your vegetables.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the turkey. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of the prepared Bang Bang sauce. Stir to coat the meat evenly. Remove from heat.
- While turkey rests, steam or quickly sauté broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
- Assemble bowls: Start with a base of rice, add a portion of the turkey mixture, broccoli, and fresh shredded cabbage.
- Drizzle generously with the remaining Bang Bang sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a lighter sauce, substitute half the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt. Leftovers store well for 3-4 days.
