Best BLT Wraps with Secret Sauce

Ingredients
  

Secret Sauce
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito size (10-inch)
  • 12 slices thick-cut bacon cooked until crispy
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded or chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes sliced or diced
  • 1 tbsp butter for toasting

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon until crispy using your preferred method (oven at 400°F/200°C for 15-20 mins recommended). Drain on paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Spread a generous tablespoon of sauce in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and 3 strips of bacon on each tortilla.
  6. Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly from the bottom.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
  8. Place wraps seam-side down in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown to seal.
  9. Flip and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until crispy.
  10. Slice diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure to cook the seam side first to seal the wrap shut.
