  • 1 cup almond flour or oat flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  2. Add protein powder and almond flour. Mix until a thick dough forms. Use hands if necessary.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed blueberries or jam. Do not overmix; leave swirls of color visible.
  4. Scoop roughly 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball between your palms.
  5. Sprinkle the top of each ball with graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Place on a plate or container and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Notes

If the dough is too sticky to roll, chill it in the freezer for 10 minutes first.
