Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken rotisserie preferred
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced
Dough and Topping
  • 16 oz Biscuit Dough refrigerated tube
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and green onions.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture and a pinch of mozzarella in the center of each dough circle.
  5. Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal completely and form a ball.
  6. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Brush with a mixture of melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
