Main Ingredients
  • 5 large Banana Peppers sliced into rings
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 spray Cooking Oil Avocado or Olive oil

  • Breading bowls

Method
 

  1. Slice banana peppers into 1/2 inch rings and remove seeds.
  2. Set up breading station: bowl 1 with flour, bowl 2 with beaten eggs, bowl 3 with Panko, Parmesan, and seasonings.
  3. Dredge each ring in flour, then egg, then the Panko mixture, pressing to adhere.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  5. Place rings in a single layer in the basket and spray with oil.
  6. Air fry for 5 minutes, flip, spray again, and fry for another 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Ensure peppers are very dry before breading to prevent the coating from sliding off.
