- Marinate chicken in buttermilk, salt, and garlic powder for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Whisk together mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and hot sauce in a bowl. Refrigerate.
- Prepare 3 bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, one with seasoned panko.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then press into panko to coat thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on a wire rack and season immediately with a pinch of salt.
- Stack on a plate, drizzle generously with sauce, and garnish with parsley and sesame seeds.
