  • 4 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
  • As needed festive green, white, and red nonpareil sprinkles

  • Food processor (optional)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet & parchment paper

Method

  1. Crumble Cookies: Process or crush sugar cookies until fine crumbs form.
  2. Form Dough: Combine cookie crumbs and softened cream cheese. Mix until a uniform dough forms.
  3. Roll and Chill: Roll dough into 1-tablespoon balls. Freeze for 15-20 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  4. Melt Chocolate: Melt white chocolate wafers according to package directions until smooth and thick.
  5. Dip and Decorate: Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate using a fork. Place on parchment paper. Immediately coat with sprinkles while chocolate is wet.
  6. Set: Allow truffles to set completely before serving (about 30 minutes at room temp or 10 mins in fridge).

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is very soft for best results. Chilling the truffles is essential for easy dipping. For a smoother dip, add 1/2 tsp of coconut oil to the melted white chocolate.
