Ingredients

For the Gooey Cookie Dip
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Crushed Vanilla Wafers or Sugar Cookies
For Serving
  • 1 tbsp Festive Red & Green Sprinkles
  • Assorted Cookies for dipping

Equipment

  • Electric hand mixer or stand mixer

Method

  1. Whip the Base: Cream the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Mix in Sweeteners: Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Beat until the dip is thick, heavy, and gooey.
  3. Fold in Texture: Gently fold in the crushed cookies and 1 teaspoon of sprinkles. The viscous texture of the dip should hold the mix-ins easily.
  4. Chill (Recommended): Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up and allow the dip to achieve a firmer, gooey texture.
  5. Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with the remaining sprinkles and a small decorative cookie. Arrange assorted cookies for dipping around the bowl.

Notes

Ensure all dairy is softened for a smooth, homogenous base. Chilling is key for a scoopable, thick gooey texture. Use a variety of cookies for dipping.
