- Slice dates lengthwise to create a pocket and remove the pits.
- In a small bowl, mash the goat cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Stuff each date generously with about 1 teaspoon of goat cheese.
- Press a walnut half into the top of the cheese filling.
- Arrange dates on a platter and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, fresh herbs, and sea salt. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can prep the stuffed dates up to 3 days ahead; just add honey and nuts right before serving to keep them crunchy.
