Ingredients
  

The Spread
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 0.25 cup banana peppers finely diced and dried
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
The Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito size
  • 0.25 lb genoa salami sliced thin
  • 0.25 lb pepperoni sandwich size preferred
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce shredded (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, diced peppers, and seasonings until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border at the top.
  3. Layer salami, provolone cheese, and pepperoni evenly over the cream cheese.
  4. Roll the tortillas up tightly, ensuring there are no large air pockets.
  5. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Unwrap and use a serrated knife to slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  7. Serve cold.

Notes

Pat dry any wet ingredients (pickles, peppers, meats) before adding to prevent the tortillas from getting soggy.
