Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide pizza dough into 4 sections, roll into ropes, and cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Roll pieces into rough balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly puffed.
- Meanwhile, melt butter and mix with minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Toss partially baked bites in half the butter mixture, then return to oven for 3-5 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven, brush with remaining butter, and sprinkle generously with parmesan and parsley.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Best served immediately while warm and gooey. Dough can be substituted with refrigerated biscuit dough for a quicker version.
