Ingredients

Shrimp & Seasoning
  • 1 lb Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 lemon Fresh Lemon Juice for finishing
Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas burrito size
  • 2 heads Romaine Hearts chopped into ribbons
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Caesar Dressing high quality
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded or shaved

Equipment

  • Grill Pan or Cast Iron Skillet
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Tongs

Method

  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and toss in a bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Sear shrimp for 2 minutes per side until opaque and charred. Remove and squeeze lemon juice over them.
  3. In a separate large bowl, toss the chopped romaine with Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese until well coated.
  4. Briefly warm each tortilla in a dry pan to make them pliable.
  5. Place a portion of the dressed romaine in the center of a tortilla, top with 5-6 shrimp, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  6. Optional: Place the wrap seam-side down in the hot skillet for 30 seconds to seal and add a crunch to the exterior.

Notes

To keep the wrap from getting soggy, always dry the lettuce thoroughly before adding the dressing.
