Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 3 large frozen bananas sliced
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 0.25 cup coconut milk plus more if needed
Optional Swirl
  • 0.5 tsp butterfly pea flower powder or maqui berry powder
Toppings
  • 1 kiwi sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 edible flowers pansies or violas

Method
 

  1. Freeze banana slices and pineapple chunks overnight.
  2. Place frozen fruit and 1/4 cup coconut milk into a blender. Blend on low, using a tamper to push fruit down.
  3. Once thick and creamy, add blue spirulina powder and blend until color is uniform.
  4. Optional: Separate half the mixture and blend with purple powder for a two-tone effect.
  5. Pour smoothie into a chilled bowl. Swirl colors gently if using two shades.
  6. Arrange kiwi slices, blueberries, granola, and chia seeds on top artistically.
  7. Garnish with edible flowers and serve immediately before melting.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for the thickest texture. Add liquid sparingly.
