Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and half of the parsley.
- Brush a light layer of the garlic butter mixture onto the cut side of the rolls.
- Combine cheddar and mozzarella, then pile generously onto the rolls. Top with parmesan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and roll edges are golden brown.
- Brush the toasted edges with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil for the last minute, but watch closely to prevent burning.
