Method
 

  1. Place a small dry skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the pecan halves to the skillet and toast for 3-5 minutes, shaking frequently, until fragrant and slightly darkened. Remove from heat immediately.
  3. While nuts cool slightly, scoop the Greek yogurt into a serving bowl. Stir briefly to ensure a creamy texture.
  4. Top the yogurt with the warm toasted pecans.
  5. Drizzle the pure maple syrup generously over the nuts and yogurt.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon for extra warmth.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, use thick coconut yogurt. Toasting the nuts is essential for the best flavor.
