Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to catch any leaks.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 individual triangles.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of mini marshmallows at the wide end of each dough triangle.
- Carefully roll the dough up, starting from the wide end towards the point. Pinch the side seams and edges tightly closed to prevent the marshmallow from leaking out.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet with the point tucked underneath. Space them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crescent rolls are puffed and golden brown. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes.
- Melt the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle over the warm rolls.
- Immediately sprinkle the crushed graham cracker crumbs over the wet chocolate drizzle. Serve warm.
Notes
Pinching the dough tightly is the most important step. If you leave any holes, the marshmallow will melt and leak out onto the pan.
