Ingredients
  

Cocktail
  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 2 oz white cranberry juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup ice for shaking
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp coarse sugar or salt for rimming
  • 1 wedge lime for rimming
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Coupe Glass
  • Jigger

Method
 

  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a coupe or margarita glass.
  2. Dip the rim into coarse sugar or salt to coat effectively.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  4. Add tequila, white cranberry juice, lime juice, and agave syrup to the shaker.
  5. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  6. Strain into the prepared glass.
  7. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and serve immediately.

Notes

Use Blanco (Silver) tequila to maintain the white color. Aged tequilas will make the drink look yellow.
