Ingredients
  

The Pizza
  • 1 lb pizza dough thawed if frozen
  • 0.5 cup fig jam or fig spread
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 oz goat cheese crumbled
  • 4-6 slices prosciutto torn into ribbons
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin

Equipment

  • Baking sheet or Pizza stone
  • Pizza cutter
  • Rolling pin (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  2. Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a piece of parchment paper or floured surface.
  3. Brush the edges of the dough with olive oil.
  4. Spread the fig jam evenly over the base, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the jam, followed by the crumbled goat cheese.
  6. Arrange the torn prosciutto slices over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-14 minutes until the crust is golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Add a handful of fresh arugula after baking for a fresh, peppery bite.
