Tortilla Pizza Rolls

Crispy flour tortillas filled with pepperoni, melted mozzarella, and pizza sauce, brushed with garlic butter and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients
  

Rolls
  • 8 flour tortillas soft taco size
  • 1 cup pizza sauce plus more for dipping
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
Topping
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)

  • Parchment paper
  • Pastry brush
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the surface, leaving a small border.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce and top with pepperoni slices.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried oregano. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the buttered rolls.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving with extra dipping sauce.

Notes

For air fryer: Cook at 375°F for 6-8 minutes. Do not overcrowd the basket.
