Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large round baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Unroll both cans of crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles.
- Arrange the triangles in a circle with the wide ends overlapping in the center and points facing out, creating a sun shape. The center hole should be about 4-5 inches wide.
- Layer the cooked turkey evenly around the wide part of the ring.
- Top the turkey with slices of Brie cheese and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle chopped rosemary and nuts (if using) over the filling.
- Fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck them under the center of the ring to secure.
- Whisk the egg with water and brush generously over the dough.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until the pastry is deep golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
Notes
Keep the dough refrigerated until the last possible moment to ensure it is easy to work with.
