- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 10x15 inch rimmed baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing just until a soft dough forms.
- Press dough evenly into the prepared pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, whipping until fluffy.
- Spread frosting over the cooled crust, using a spoon to create wavy ocean textures.
- Make turtles using kiwi slices for shells and halved green grapes for heads and flippers.
- Make fish using halved strawberries for bodies and mandarin orange segments for fins and tails.
- Attach candy eyes with a dot of frosting. Scatter blueberries for bubbles. Chill 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Pat all washed fruit completely dry with a paper towel before placing on the pizza to prevent the frosting from getting watery.
