Ingredients
  

Whipped Cheese Base
  • 2 packages Boursin Cheese Garlic & Fine Herbs, room temp
  • 0.5 cup Ricotta cheese or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Hot Honey Topping
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes crushed chili flakes
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Serving
  • 1 loaf baguette sliced and toasted

Method
 

  1. Combine softened Boursin, ricotta, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Whip with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and create swirls with a spoon.
  4. Mix honey and red pepper flakes in a small bowl (warm briefly in microwave if desired).
  5. Drizzle the hot honey over the cheese.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary and parsley. Serve with toasted bread.

Notes

Can also be served warm by baking the Boursin at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes instead of whipping.
