Ingredients

Sliders
  • 12 count Hawaiian sweet rolls one package
  • 9 slices provolone cheese
  • 10 slices Genoa salami
  • 10 slices pepperoni large sandwich style
  • 10 slices deli ham thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup banana peppers sliced and drained
Garlic Butter Glaze
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning dried
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated (optional)

Equipment

  • 9x13 Baking Dish
  • Serrated Bread Knife
  • Pastry brush
  • Small Microwave-safe Bowl

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Slice the entire package of rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached. Place the bottom slab in the baking dish.
  3. Layer half of the provolone cheese on the bottom rolls. Top with ham, salami, pepperoni, and banana peppers. Finish with the remaining cheese.
  4. Place the top slab of rolls over the filling.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops and sides of the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Pat the banana peppers dry with a paper towel before adding them to prevent soggy buns.
